Letting you size nymph backs, scuds, crabs, and all around shelly tops of things. Place over fly, goo, remove, and hit it with the UV light! You can also use it as a template on a clear polypropylene bag, applying UV Cure Resin, removing the ruler and then applying the resin to diesired position on the fly. You can then expose the resin through the bag which will give you a super high gloss finish.
